Nichido True Colors Eyeshadow Review

I bought this eyeshadow palette at Landmark Mall Makati during my vacation in Manila last year. I'm not actually a fan of Nichido. However I thought that it will not hurt to try it, right? Anyway, it only costs 200 php. Not expensive for a 26-set of eyeshadows. 

FYI Nichido Cosmetics is a local makeup brand in the Philippines.

My Verdict

Appearance ***

The case and the palette itself looks great, except for the white stickers on both sides of the cover. The size is small and you can simply put it in your shoulder bags.

Price *****

Very affordable. Great value for your money. As I've said above it only costs 200 php.

Eyeshadows ***

The palette comes in 26 different colors. Mostly with brown shades. I think girls who love natural look will love this set.

When applied to skin **

I feel that the eyeshadows are a bit loose when applied to the skin/ eyelids. I advice you not to wear this when you have your contact lenses. However you can put a strong eyeshadow base to hold the eyeshadow.

Overall **

I recommend this eyeshadow palette for teenagers, students and for the people who does not want to spend a lot of money on cosmetics. This is also great for makeup artist aspirants (for practicing and personal use only).

On the other hand I do not recommend Nichido eyeshadow for those who have oily skins and sweats a lot because it smudges easily.
